## How They Started
Dark Lo and V Don began working on 'Made of Gold' in April 2025 after Dark Lo completed a four-year prison sentence for the AR-Ab case.

> I wrote 'Freeze Tag' and chilled for like a month
## First Track Meaning
Dark Lo named '540 Months' after his friend received a 540-month sentence in the AR-Ab case, referencing a bar about his dog.

> They gave my dog 540 months
## Production Process
V Don created the '540 Months' beat by sampling keys from an original record and sending it to Dark Lo immediately.

> I chopped it up and as soon as I made it, I sent it to Lo
## First Single Choice
V Don chose '540 Months' as the lead single because it stood out for Dark Lo's first project after prison release.

> To me, it stood out, especially for his first joint coming back
## Future Plans
Dark Lo and V Don plan to release another project in early 2026 and collaborate on features soon after.

> We drop first quarter next year
## Key takeaway

Dark Lo and V Don created 'Made of Gold' after Dark Lo served four years of a seven-and-a-half year sentence for intimidating a witness in the AR-Ab case.
