## FOMO finally lands
Drake released Fear of Missing Out on Tuesday night after weeks of teasing the project and a livestream that ran late.

> Drake revealed his elusive project, “Fear of Missing Out,” on Tuesday night.
## Fans waited longer
The video was supposed to roll out at 9 p.m. ET, but delays on the livestream sent fans online to press for the release.
## A luxury summer tour
The video follows Drake through a mansion, a lime green boat on the Toronto skyline, and a family chat with his mother, Sandra Graham.
## Big features surface
The project previews songs with Don Toliver and Sexyy Red, plus a reworked take on Ella Langley’s hit Choosin’ Texas.
## The rollout was staged
Drake had been pointing to FOMO since last month, first with family photos captioned FOMO 2026, then with a CD cover image.

> FOMO 2026.
## Drake frames the message
Before the drop, he called the film a self-funded summer story and told fans to move forward with the people they love and trust.

> Nobody is coming to save you.
## Key takeaway

FOMO is being framed less like a single drop and more like Drake’s self-funded summer film, with collabs and spectacle built in.
