## Tiny Desk goes El Tiny
Every Hispanic Heritage Month, NPR's Tiny Desk becomes El Tiny, a month of concerts built around Latin American and Latino artists. It runs Sept. 15 through Oct. 15.
## The 2026 lineup
Los Tigres del Norte, Mon Laferte, Draco Rosa and Yendry all step behind the desk this year, with more acts from across the Spanish-speaking world.
## Latin music is world music
Felix Contreras, co-host of Alt.Latino and co-producer of El Tiny, frames the series as proof that music travels past borders and generations.

> Latin music is the world's music and is something worth celebrating
## Built for closeness
Anamaria Sayre says the pull is the room itself. A few feet from the artist, a longtime fan and a first-time listener hear the same thing.

> there's something special about hearing them on the intimate Tiny Desk stage
## Who came before
Last year brought Carlos Vives and Silvana Estrada. Bad Bunny, Karol G and Grupo Frontera have all left sets behind the desk.
## The numbers back it up
Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso's 2024 Tiny Desk set has pulled 55 million views on YouTube, a reminder of how far one small room can reach.
## Key takeaway

El Tiny runs Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, with Los Tigres del Norte, Mon Laferte, Draco Rosa and Yendry behind the desk.
