## Eugene Horsch
Eugene Horsch is a 44-year-old Philadelphia man at the center of an investigation into seven missing women after police recovered more than one million images and videos from his former home.
## Shared Home with Father
Horsch shared his home, dubbed a 'house of horrors' by some media outlets, with his late father Raymond 'R.C.' Horsch, an erotic filmmaker and photographer.
## Current Status
Horsch is currently in federal custody on weapons and drug-related offenses, with no charges connected to the missing women.
## Attorney's Response
Attorney Jerome Brown categorically denies Eugene Horsch is a serial killer, citing his incarceration from 2013 to 2017 and medical conditions that prevented him from committing crimes.
## Arrest Details
Horsch was arrested on June 19 after police found him parked illegally near Independence National Historical Park with a missing woman's ID.
## Home Search Findings
Police found narcotics, unidentified chemicals, a 'home-made laboratory' in the basement, and over a million digital images and videos at Horsch's home on West Chew Avenue.
## Five Urns Found
Five urns believed to contain human ashes were found at the home, one bearing Raymond Horsch's name, who died in May 2025, aged 82.
## Video Evidence
Police say one video appears to show Raymond placing a zip tie around a woman’s neck until she appears unconscious and 'lifeless'.
## Staged vs. Real Footage
Police caution that analyzing the footage is tricky as some videos were staged by Raymond, who was an erotic filmmaker and photographer.
## Identified Women
Police have identified three additional women depicted in images and videos as deceased, bringing the total to five women who appear deceased in the digital evidence.
## Nicole Amanda Fusaro
Nicole Amanda Fusaro, 27, went missing in 2018 and is believed to be the woman seen being strangled by Raymond Horsch in one of the videos.
## Medical Examiner's Assessment
The Medical Examiner's Office advises that if the images are authentic and unaltered, the women depicted appear deceased, but no cause of death has been determined.
## Ongoing Investigation
Authorities stress the lengthy work required to analyze the vast digital evidence, with no established connection between the footage and Eugene Horsch.
## Key takeaway

Philadelphia police recovered over a million images and videos from Eugene Horsch's home, showing five women who appear deceased, but no human remains have been found.
