## Fall starts Sept. 22
The season arrives with cooler nights and darker evenings. Candles, warmer fabrics and seasonal color are the fastest way to make a room match the weather.
## A blanket at 81 percent off
The Bedsure fleece throw drops from $79.97 to $15.19 at Wayfair. Oversized, lightweight and warm, in honey gold or burgundy.

> At 81% off, now's the time to buy this comfy Bedsure fleece blanket.
## Orange rug, 70 percent off
A burnt orange oriental rug falls from $155 to $45.99. Medium pile holds up in high-traffic rooms and still feels soft underfoot.
## Scent without a flame
A $17.99 candle warmer lamp melts the wax from above, so you get the fragrance and a soft glow while the candle lasts longer.

> Enjoy candle fragrance without an open flame.
## Faux flowers, real color
A $14.99 bundle of artificial roses, hydrangeas and greenery brings autumn shades into any room with nothing to water.
## Dress the dinner table
A pumpkin spice plaid runner is $13.49 and stretches 72 inches, long enough for most tables. Twelve cotton harvest leaf napkins run $36.99.

> Whether you need a new table runner for Halloween or Thanksgiving, this plaid table runner is as autumn as it gets.
## Soup in a pumpkin
The Staub ceramic pumpkin cocotte is $39.96, down from $47. Oven safe to 572 degrees, and it looks good enough to leave on the counter.
## Warmer bed, colder nights
A Kathy Ireland Turkish cotton flannel sheet set is $79 off at $42.99, with fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases in a plaid pattern.

> Now that nights are growing colder, you need a set of flannel sheets.
## Halloween, a little early
A tufted ghost tassel throw is $15 at T.J. Maxx. For the yard, purple LED pathway lanterns lined with bats run $20.99 with a six-hour timer.
## Greet people at the door
A pumpkin and pine cone wreath is $41.99, and a two-piece doormat set pairs plaid with a "Hello Pumpkin" top mat for $39.99.

> With pumpkins, faux leaves and pine cones, this fall wreath gives your entryway an instant seasonal update.
## Light the dark evenings
Solar string lights are $18.99 and switch on by themselves each night. Solar lanterns run $39.98, and a USB-equipped table lamp set is $48.99.
## Key takeaway

You don't need a redecorating budget to make a home feel like fall. Swap in warm fabrics, soft light and a few orange accents, and keep every piece under $50.
