## Flock Safety's internal handbook
Flock Safety provides law enforcement with an internal handbook to teach them how to 'own the narrative' for public relations.

## Police sell Flock cameras to cities
Police departments recommend meeting city council members before votes on Flock cameras to curb public criticism.
## Flock's narrative fails in Atlanta
Atlanta has 5,000 Flock cameras but police resolve fewer crimes despite claims of improved safety.
## Flock cameras collect more data
Flock cameras collect license plate data and more than just license plate information as claimed.
## Data sharing risks
City officials share data with federal agencies including U.S. Border Patrol without specific legislation.
## Unsecured camera data
Some Flock cameras stream data completely unsecured over the internet as reported in early 2026.
