Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach were among those detained. Police say Zach was very drunk and shouting profanities in public.
## One arrest, one release
Zach was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Greenville County Detention Center. Brian was let go at the scene and faced no charge.
## What the video shows
Footage published by TMZ shows a man said to be Zach hurling a bar chair as a staffer waves him off, then being walked out by employees. TMZ reported Brian shouted about police once handcuffed.

The California real estate agent was first linked to Panettiere in 2018. He pleaded no contest in 2021 to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or girlfriend and got jail, probation and a protective order.
## The death case is open
Panettiere, 36, died August 16 after being found unresponsive at a Greenville home. Investigators are awaiting toxicology and reportedly looking at a possible drug supplier. No charges have been announced.
