## HBO Max orders two French dramas
HBO Max is expanding its French originals with medical drama Rush and police horror-thriller Bodycam, both starting production this fall.
## Rush brings ER pedigree to France
Rush is a medical drama boarded by Neal Baer, the producer behind the acclaimed American series ER.
## Bodycam adds horror-thriller edge
Bodycam is a police horror-thriller that rounds out HBO Max's new French slate alongside the medical drama Rush.
## Unveiled at La Rochelle festival
Both shows were announced Tuesday at the Festival de la Fiction in La Rochelle, France's major television industry event.
## Part of HBO's growing French slate
These projects follow recent HBO Max French originals including Privileges, Paolo, and The Seduction, a Dangerous Liaisons prequel starring Anamaria Vartolomei and Diane Kruger.
## Key takeaway

HBO Max is investing heavily in French original programming, adding two new series to its growing slate of European content.
