## iOS 27 is rolling out
Apple pushed iOS 27 to compatible devices today, with watchOS 27, iPadOS 27, and visionOS 27 arriving alongside it. The timing lines up with the iPhone 18 Pro going on sale.

## Siri AI is the headline
The delayed AI rebuild of Siri is the marquee feature across all four updates. It ships as a beta, English only, with French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish promised for October.

## You control the glass now
A new Liquid Glass opacity slider lets you dial the interface between clear and frosted. Built-in apps also get redesigned icons with subtler colors.
## Widgets and volume get knobs
iOS 27 adds extra large widgets and splits volume control across ringtones, alarms, timers, alerts, and system sounds so each can be set on its own.
## Watch and iPad tune-ups
watchOS 27 brings new Workout Buddy features, a tap gesture, smarter Smart Stack suggestions, and a better Find My. iPads get faster external drive transfers and smoother Wi-Fi to cellular handoffs.
## Vision Pro reads your eyes
visionOS 27 adds the Siri AI overhaul plus notification previews triggered by looking at them, a reworked Control Center, and your own panoramas as immersive environments.
## Key takeaway

The Siri AI rewrite is out, but it's English-only and in beta, so the real test comes when the other languages land in October.
