## A matchbox-sized KVM
JetKVM Mini is 42 x 42 x 23 mm of aluminium and starts at $39, or $33 each in packs of three. The wireless Mini W is $42, or $36 in a three-pack.
## Same JetKVM, less of it
It captures video at 1080p natively, drives keyboard and mouse over USB, and runs the same web interface, cloud, and updates as the full-size unit. OS Services push capture to 4K.

> It does what a JetKVM does
## Pick a port or a radio
The Mini has an RJ45: plug in Ethernet, video, and USB, then read the IP off the display. The Mini W swaps the jack for 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, set up over Bluetooth from your phone.

> It is for machines a cable does not reach
## Not a stripped-down version
JetKVM started over rather than cutting features. The goal was a unit cheap enough to leave on every machine, re-engineered around the four things a KVM must do well.

> The Mini isn't a stripped-down JetKVM.
## One chip does everything
An ESP32-P4X handles capture, H.264 encoding, USB, and firmware with no separate DRAM or eMMC. Video streams to the browser over WebRTC at 1080p30 or 720p60.
## Two USB ports, two jobs
One port runs at 480 Mbps to the target machine, presenting keyboard, mouse, and virtual media from a TF card while drawing power from it. The other takes extensions or backup power.
## Open firmware, familiar software
The rewritten ESP32-P4X firmware is open source from day one and speaks the same protocols, so virtual media, Wake-on-LAN, Home Assistant, OIDC, and rollback updates all carry over.

## Lock it down, then buy it
A digest of JetKVM's signing key ships in the chip's eFuse, so one setting permanently restricts the Mini to signed firmware. Both models reach resellers on October 26, 2026.

> Secure boot, when you want it.
## Key takeaway

Dropping Linux for an ESP32-P4X with a hardware H.264 encoder cut the cost enough to put a KVM on every machine, not just the important ones.
