## Raiders off to rare hot start
Las Vegas opened 2-0 for the first time since 2021, with Klint Kubiak becoming the first head coach to start his Raiders tenure 2-0 since Bill Callahan in 2002.
## Kubiak keeps perspective on early wins
Despite the perfect record, Kubiak cautioned that no team has ever made the playoffs solely by starting 2-0, emphasizing the long road ahead.

> No one's made the playoffs going 2-0.
## Hot start reinforces coaching messages
Kubiak said the 2-0 record validates the team's approach and shows his players are coachable and committed to winning.

> Our guys have been very coachable, and our guys want to win.
## Raiders focus on one game at a time
Kubiak emphasized short memory and taking things week by week, refusing to get ahead of himself despite the strong start.

> You can only win one at a time.
## Saints test awaits in New Orleans
After home and Los Angeles games with favorable crowds, the Raiders travel to New Orleans in Week 3 to face a strong Saints team.
## Key takeaway

A perfect start matters for momentum and team culture, but Kubiak knows the real test comes over 17 games.
