## The deal in one line
Walmart has the Lenovo Legion 5i 15.1-inch gaming laptop at $1,499, down from a $2,199.99 list price. That is $700.99 off.
## Thirty-two percent off
The cut works out to 32% below list. It is a limited-time promotion, not a standing price.
## What you actually get
An Intel multi-core processor, dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD.
## The screen is the star
A 15.1-inch WQXGA panel at 2560x1600, running 165Hz in a 16:10 aspect ratio. Taller than 16:9, and fast enough for competitive play.
## Cooling built in
Legion Coldfront thermal cooling keeps the chassis in check during long sessions, which is what lets a thin 15-inch machine sustain AAA framerates.
## Under $1,500 is the point
Ray tracing graphics, a 165Hz 16:10 display, and a 1TB fast SSD rarely land together below $1,500. That combination is what makes this worth acting on.
## Who this is for
Competitive players, streamers, and multimedia creators who need high framerates and multithreaded rendering power in something portable.
## The small stuff adds up
An RGB TrueStrike keyboard, a webcam with a privacy e-shutter, Wi-Fi 7, and USB-C plus HDMI ports round out the package.
## PCMag rated it Excellent
Reviewer Charles Jefferies gave the Legion 5i Gen 10 an Excellent rating in his hands-on review.
## It won Editors' Choice
The Legion 5i took the Editors' Choice award for best midrange gaming laptop, so this is a discount on a machine PCMag already recommends.

> Lenovo's Legion 5i Gen 10 gaming laptop delivers compelling value in its base configuration.
## Rivals at this price
The HyperX Omen with a Ryzen 7 and RTX 5060 also lands at $1,499.99 with a code, and a Ryzen AI 7 Legion 5 with RTX 5070 runs $1,899.99.
## Move before it ends
Flash promotions at Walmart expire without warning. If the spec sheet fits what you play or create, buy now rather than waiting for a better week.

> Get one before it's game over.
## Key takeaway

An RTX-equipped Legion 5i with a 165Hz WQXGA screen, 16GB DDR5 and a 1TB Gen4 SSD for under $1,500 is a strong buy, but it's a limited-time Walmart promo.
