## Death at Duketon South mine
A 75-year-old contract worker died following a workplace incident at Regis Resources' Duketon South operation on Friday, November 6, about 130 kilometres north of Laverton.
## Emergency response and investigation
Emergency services were called to the mining camp at Bandya about 12:30pm on Friday. Mine site medical staff provided first aid but the man could not be revived.
