## Maytag's reputation for durability
Maytag has built its brand on reliability since Frederick Maytag's days of wooden tub washers. The company pioneered the bottom agitator design still used today and was first to stack washer and dryer units.
## Closeout deals on last season's models
Maytag offers substantial markdowns on previous season appliances through its outlet website as it clears space for new products. These closeout deals require no coupon code but are available only until supplies last.
## Military and healthcare worker discounts
Active military members, veterans, spouses, first responders, and healthcare workers can get up to fifteen percent off by verifying their status through the SheerID program after creating a Maytag account.
## Student and teacher savings programmes
Maytag offers up to fifteen percent off sitewide for verified students and teachers. Students moving into their first off-campus apartment can access student-specific pricing when purchasing appliances.
## Smart appliance deals and discounts
Maytag is discounting select smart appliances including a toaster-microwave combination about one hundred dollars off MSRP and a slide-in electric range with smart connectivity steeply discounted to one thousand two hundred sixty dollars.
## Extended warranty coverage through June
For purchases made from June one to June thirty, Maytag adds an extra year to its standard one-year warranty on select appliances, bringing total coverage to two years plus the ten-year limited parts warranty.
## Key takeaway

Maytag is running multiple discount programmes including fifteen percent off for military and healthcare workers, smart appliance sales, and an extra year of warranty coverage through June thirty.
