## Meghan McCain's X Post
Meghan McCain shared a post on X urging Republicans to highlight women without bizarre or botched plastic surgery.

> I’m going to say something spicy that’s going to piss a lot of you off… Republicans really need to elevate and highlight more women in our party who have NOT had bizarre or botched plastic surgery that is both distracting and made a mockery all over the internet.
## Public Reaction
Some Republicans agreed with McCain, while others suggested she should criticize the Republican Party elsewhere.

> I don’t agree with Meghan McCain on much, but she isn’t totally wrong here.
## Criticism of Mar-a-Lago Face
Critics targeted GOP women like Kristi Noem and Kimberly Guilfoyle for having undergone cosmetic procedures.

McCain defended her appearance, stating she is not the subject of TikTok speculation about being an alien.

> I may be chunky and I may be middle aged but no one is doing entire tik tok videos speculating I’m an alien or skin walker.
## Key takeaway

Meghan McCain says GOP should elevate women who haven't had botched plastic surgery to avoid public scrutiny.
