## Muse does a lot already
Meta's Muse AI agent can use the web, book travel, make phone calls, send emails and make purchases on your behalf. It is available in iOS, Android and Mac apps, and within WhatsApp chats.
## Now coming to Meta's glasses
Meta announced at its Connect twenty twenty-six event on Wednesday that Muse will come to its AI glasses in the coming months, helping users stay on top of things and turn long-term goals into action plans, all hands-free.
## What Muse for glasses will do
Specific examples include booking appointments, checking flight prices and tracking down items. You activate it by saying its name and making a request. It will work in the background and check in with you when finished.
## Permission for sensitive tasks
Muse asks for permission before carrying out tasks involving sensitive actions like making purchases. You can choose which outside services it can access and revoke those connections at any time.
## Convenience or necessity?
Meta suggested Muse for glasses could guide personalized workouts, log meals and provide nutritional insights. But critics question whether hands-free activation adds much value over pulling out a phone to give the agent a new task.
## Key takeaway

Meta announced at Connect twenty twenty-six that its Muse AI agent will come to its AI glasses in the coming months, handling tasks like booking appointments and checking flight prices hands-free.
