## Bathroom Design Concept
The bathroom design focuses on natural light and minimal textures to highlight the outdoors.

> If you had more colour or pattern, it would start to take away from the view outside that changes many times through the seasons
## Key Materials Used
Honed Appennino marble tiles and Akoya porcelain tub deck create understated texture and interest.
## Natural Light Integration
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, defining the bathing area with polished porcelain.
## Client Preferences
The client wanted thoughtful details like a warm metal base vanity and backlit mirror with medicine cabinet.
## Project Timeline
The project took six months to complete in Toronto’s North York neighbourhood.
## Key takeaway

Designer Nyla Free designed a Toronto bathroom using natural light, honed marble, and Akoya porcelain for a minimalist aesthetic.
