## Warm minimalism, in pink
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz's Beverly Hills dining room opens with a color almost nobody picks for a pared-back space. Pale pink sets the tone here instead of breaking it.
## What's actually in the room
A pale pink marble table sits against floor-to-ceiling cream drapes, ringed by simple white dining chairs. Cream, white and pale stone carry everything else.
## Keep the pink to details
A vase of blush roses picks up the tones in the marble, and that is roughly the extent of it. Concentrating color in a couple of pieces keeps the room light rather than loud.
## Start with rose quartz
The closest way in is a rose quartz dining table designed in LA, near the couple, and sold on 1stDibs. It costs real money, but the stone's natural variation anchors an otherwise plain room.
## Test the tone small
Not ready for a stone table? A hand-carved pink marble cairn reads like a small piece of modern art and brings the same veining for a fraction of the commitment.
## Sheer, cream, floor to ceiling
The curtains are doing quiet work: soft linen-look cream that lets light through and adds texture at the windows without cluttering the clean lines.
## One sculptural object
A curved, ridged fruit bowl is the kind of accent a minimalist room can take. Enough shape to hold your eye, not enough to make the table look busy.
## Why pink reads as neutral
Designers see it replacing plain white and cream going into 2027, because it keeps a soft palette while adding warmth. Cari Bateman of Neville Johnson calls it grounding, familiar and adaptable.

> Homeowners are increasingly looking to pink interiors as a more colorful alternative to white or cream
## Push it further if you want
Bateman suggests muted coral in bedrooms for a relaxed feel, and maroon or aubergine in living rooms and home bars for depth. Pastels stay in the balanced, refined lane.

> Pink can transform the energy of a room.
## Key takeaway

Pink behaves like a neutral when you keep it to one or two pieces and let cream, white and pale stone carry the rest of the room.
