## Luiten criticizes LIV return plan
Joost Luiten says LIV Golf players who left for money should not get easy invites back to the DP World Tour.

## LIV players face DP World Tour ban
The DP World Tour banned LIV Golf players from its tournaments in 2027 after their bankruptcy proceedings.
## Luiten demands requalification
Luiten says former LIV players must earn their way back through DP World Tour Q School to compete.

> If they think that they are that good then show it at q school and beat the guys.
## Rory McIlroy supports DP World Tour
Rory McIlroy backs the DP World Tour’s ban on LIV Golf players and wants them back on the PGA Tour.

> I think a rising tide lifts all boats, and i think having some of these players back is beneficial for the business of the tours.
## Luiten's ranking concerns
Luiten is ranked 67th in the Race to Dubai standings and fears LIV players will take his spots.
## LIV players' return path
Former LIV players need to serve a one-year ban and qualify like others to return to the PGA Tour.
## Luiten's rule proposal
Luiten suggests former LIV players lose exemption rights if they give up membership to return to the DP World Tour.

> There should be a rule that if you gave up your membership you lose all your exemption rights as well.
## Key takeaway

Joost Luiten argues LIV Golf players should requalify through DP World Tour Q School to return to the tour after their exclusion.
