## Tarantino's Final Film Script Complete
Tarantino confirmed he has finished a screenplay he is very happy with for his tenth feature film.

> I’ve written a script that I really like, but I want to do the play and see who I am; then I’ll then go back and spend time with my family and live a little and then see what I want to do
## Focus on Play First
Tarantino plans to prioritize his new play The Popinjay Cavalier before revisiting the script for his final film.
## Play Details
The Popinjay Cavalier stars Sacha Baron Cohen in a 1830s swashbuckling comedy set in London's West End.
## Previous Film Project Abandoned
Tarantino previously abandoned his 10th film project The Movie Critic during pre-production in 2024.
## Why Pause Production
Tarantino wants to ensure the script offers a meaningful challenge before returning to it after a break.

> I wasn’t really excited about dramatizing what I wrote when I was in pre-production, partly because I’m using the skillset that I learned from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
## Next Steps for Final Film
Tarantino will revisit the script after completing his play and spending time with family before deciding on production.
## Key takeaway

Tarantino has completed his tenth film script but plans to delay production to work on his play and family before revisiting the project.
