## Foles criticizes Eagles culture
Nick Foles said Philadelphia has dysfunctional culture with poor execution and offensive line issues after Eagles lost to Dallas Cowboys.

> There is dysfunction in philadelphia. it was little things for me. it wasn't the execution that got me. it was culture things. the number one thing isn't scheme, a fancy coordinator, it's culture. in philadelphia, for the better of the past couple decades, they have had really good culture. something is changing.
## Sirianni responds to Foles
Sirianni said Eagles focus on team culture and internal relationships after five straight losses to Dallas Cowboys.

> i can only go off what my relationship is with the players and what goes on inside the building. you know there's always gonna be a report of this or that, our job is to not get wrapped up into any of that crap. or job is to stay locked in within our organization... i think it's natural to look for answers like that when you do drop five in a row.
## Fan reactions to Sirianni
Some fans on X argued Sirianni's comments about team culture were too vague after Eagles loss to Dallas Cowboys.

> the players pulled out a positivity rabbit from easter midseason. there is definitely a culture problem. every bad parent swears their kids loves them. i mean, he can also go with what happens on the field.
## Key takeaway

Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni says team culture remains strong despite Nick Foles criticizing it on podcast.
