## The Lady Greyhounds get spotlight
Episode 7 finally prioritizes Richmond's women's team after treating them as a mob rather than individuals all season.
## Their personal struggles revealed
Lizzie juggles childcare and practice. Twins Siobhan and Niamh face rent hikes. Shannon works a delivery side job.
## Second division doesn't pay well
Their pro football careers aren't financially life-changing. A law professor even dismisses Gemma's Richmond career as just a "football thing."

> It's clear that their careers as second-division pro footballers aren't financially life-changing.
## No luxury like the men
The Lady Greyhounds don't get bachelorette pads or endorsements like the men's team enjoyed in earlier seasons.
## Practice scenes open up
Coach Alice builds a more open dynamic with players. Mady wants to play blindfolded to "sense" the ball.
## They reject hand-me-down belief
The team questions the "Believe" sign. Alice changes it to "believe and win" because belief alone won't pay rent.

> And what good is just believing in the face of not being able to pay rent?
## Key takeaway

The Lady Greyhounds face financial hardship that contrasts sharply with the men's team's luxury lifestyle from earlier seasons.
