## Club competition system
A golf course I used to work at had the perfect system for their competitions.
## Roll-up competitions work
Players enter the online tee sheet as normal and choose whether to join the comp.
## Yellow and red tees
Men and women play together in stableford on the same day with yellow tees for men and red tees for women.
## Empty tee sheet spaces
Tee sheets often have empty spaces after reserve list substitutes are added.
## Dad and lad play
A dad and lad played together using the open tee sheet for a brisk autumn walk.
## Roll-ups reduce stress
Roll-ups cut competition tension by letting players choose who they play with and when.
## Roll-ups for new members
Roll-ups help new members learn card-signing before joining competitive comps.
## Key takeaway

Golf clubs should adopt roll-up competitions for more inclusive play.
