## Banchero's playoff struggles mount pressure
The Magic have made the playoffs three straight years with Banchero but haven't won a single postseason series. Some believe he could leave if things don't improve.
## Three-team trade proposal emerges
Bleacher Report's Andy Bailey proposed a deal involving the Magic, Warriors, and a third team. The trade would send Banchero out of Orlando.
## Banchero remains the Magic's foundation
He's been Orlando's leading scorer since arriving as the 2022 number one pick. The team's entire rebuild started with his selection.
## Finding a true number one is rare
The hardest part of building a championship roster is finding someone who can be a top option. At just 24, Banchero still has that ability.

## The proposed deal guts Orlando's roster
Beyond losing Banchero, the trade would also ship out the Magic's top two centers, Wendell Carter Jr. and Goga Bitadze.
## Coaching change comes first
Orlando fired Jamahl Mosley after five years and hired Sean Sweeney. The front office wants to see what the young core can do with fresh leadership.
## Players must prove themselves now
With a new coach in place, it's up to Banchero and the roster to deliver. The front office still believes this core can make a playoff run.

> Now they have a chance to prove that, and it all starts with Banchero as the head of the snake.
## Key takeaway

The Magic still believe Banchero can be a championship-caliber number one option despite three straight first-round playoff exits.
