Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark has signed a multiyear deal with Dick's Sporting Goods and Foot Locker. This marks the first time either brand has signed an individual athlete as a partner.

Partnership follows Nike shoe launch

The deal comes one month after Nike released Clark's Caitlin 1 signature shoe on October first. The launch was the largest women's signature shoe launch in Nike's history and sold out within hours.

Clark's childhood connection to Dick's

Clark said Dick's Sporting Goods was always a stop before the start of any sports season when she was growing up.

First joint partnership for Dick's Inc

This marks the first joint athlete partnership between Dick's and Foot Locker under Dick's Inc. Both brands have worked with athletes before but never at the brand level with a single partner.

SportsPro's marketability ranking finds Clark is the most marketable player in the WNBA today and the number fifteen most marketable athlete worldwide. She also has endorsement deals with Nike, Wilson, Gatorade, State Farm and Panini.

Partnership to support Clark's product lines

As part of the partnership, Clark will work with both brands on custom promotions for her signature footwear and apparel. She will also be involved in activations and community events with Dick's and Foot Locker.
