ED Raids Punjab MLA Premises
The Enforcement Directorate searched seven premises linked to Punjab MLA Amandeep Kaur Arora and associates on November 4 under PMLA.
“The ED, Chandigarh Zonal Office-I, conducted the search operations on November 4 under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.”
Recovery of Evidence
The searches recovered incriminating documents, electronic devices, and evidence indicating alleged benami property acquisition by the MLA and her associates.
“The material recovered is being examined as part of the ongoing investigation, said the ED.”

The raided premises included a hospital-cum-de-addiction centre associated with Amandeep Kaur Arora.
