Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed concern the meeting could become a Yalta-style redistribution of influence. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said Europe must play a role in any peaceful solution.
“I really don't want this to be a 'Yalta, 2, 3, 4,' when there is a redistribution of influence.”
