Meta's personal AI agent Muse now supports live voice conversations instead of typing. An animated avatar reacts with facial expressions and gestures matching the conversation's tone.
How to use it and where it works
The feature is available now in the Muse app on phones, the web and Mac, but only in the US. Users start a call by tapping the phone icon in the top-right corner.
What Muse can do during calls
Users can interrupt Muse at any point and it answers straight away. Muse can keep working on tasks in the background while the conversation continues, for example while the user is out on a walk.
Customisation and future plans
There are hundreds of voices with different personalities that users can switch between at any time.
