The favorite after dozens tested
After personally trying dozens of couches for WIRED's buying guide and hearing from fellow testers, the Eliot Sleeper Sofa from Joybird is the reviewer's favorite couch ever tried.
Sale runs through November first
Joybird's Semi-Annual Sale offers thirty percent off site wide, with best-selling items discounted up to forty percent. The sale ends November one, so shoppers should act now.
Custom-made with delivery included
Joybird furniture is custom-made, so items not marked Ready to Ship take longer to arrive. Most items include free premium in-home delivery and a limited lifetime warranty.
Comfortable enough for daily use
The Eliot has a built-in pull-out mattress with a premium Tempur-Response memory foam option. It's soft enough to nap for hours but not so soft you sink in and get stuck.
“It isn't so soft that you sink in and get locked there, but it's soft enough that you can chill for hours.”
Still looks new after a year
After more than a year of daily use, the Eliot still looks brand-new despite minor quirks like buttons catching crumbs and narrow armrests. The reviewer kept it since reviewing it.
The essence
The Eliot Sleeper Sofa from Joybird, the reviewer's favorite couch after testing dozens, is discounted up to forty percent until November first.
