OpenAI's updated image generation tools now let you draw a quick sketch inside ChatGPT to guide image creation.
“With a new feature called Sketch, you can just draw something right inside ChatGPT and then tell ChatGPT how you want it to make an image based on that sketch.”
How to launch the Sketch canvas
Type @Sketch in the chat box to open an interactive drawing window directly inside the prompt interface.

Beyond starting from a drawing, you can now leave notes directly on specific parts of an image to request targeted changes.
