Delete your account

In the app or on the website, open Settings and choose Delete account at the bottom, then type DELETE to confirm. Your account, profile, profile picture, comments, reactions, follows, reading history, preferences and private stories are deleted straight away.

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@moonbirdinc.com from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm it is you. Never send your sign-in code.

Report a comment or block someone

Open the menu on any comment to report it or block the person who wrote it. Blocked people's comments disappear for you straight away, and you can unblock them in Settings. We review every report within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks the Community Policy.

Signing in

Shortify signs you in with a code sent to your email; there is no password. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one. Each code works once and expires after a short time.
